This Privacy Policy outlines how InkMobile ("we," "our," or "us"), may collect, access, store, use, and/or share ("process") your personal data when you engage with our services ("Services"). This includes:

  • When you access and interact with our website (inkmobile.io) or any other app we provide that links to this Privacy Policy.
  • When you interact with us through other channels, such as sales inquiries, marketing communications, or events.

Questions or concerns

This Privacy Policy helps explain your rights and our responsibilities regarding your personal data. As the entity responsible for processing your information, we are committed to protecting your privacy. If you disagree with any part of this policy, please discontinue use of our Services. You may contact us with any questions at contact@inkmobile.io.

Information You Provide

We collect personal information that you choose to share with us. You may provide personal data when you register for or interact with our Services, request information, participate in website and app-related activities, or contact us directly.

Details You Submit to Us:

The personal data we collect depends on how you engage with us and our Services, the choices you make, and the specific features you use. This may include:

  • Your name
  • Your company name
  • Email address
  • Device-related information
  • Your preferences within your account
  • Your payment information

Sensitive Data:

We do not collect or process any data classified as sensitive (e.g., health, biometric, racial, or religious information).

Payment Information:

If you make purchases through our Services, we may collect information required to process your transaction—such as the payment method number and security code. However, all payment processing and data storage are handled by InkMobile, not by us directly. Please refer to InkMobile's privacy policy here: https://inkmobile.io/privacy.

Social Media Login Information:

You may have the option to sign up or log in using your existing social media accounts, such as Google or Apple. If you do so, we will receive specific profile data from the platform, such as your name or email address.

Information Collected via Our App(s):

If you use our mobile applications, we may collect additional data, depending on your permissions:

  • Mobile Device Information: Includes your device's make, model, OS, IP address (or proxy), browser type, mobile carrier, and system configurations. We may also gather identifiers like your mobile device ID and track which features you use within the app.
  • Push Notifications: If you allow us, we may send push alerts to your device about your account or certain features. You can disable these at any time in your device settings.

This information helps us ensure the stability, functionality, and security of the application, as well as improve our services through analytics and diagnostics.

Accuracy of Information:

You are responsible for ensuring the personal data you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. Please notify us of any changes.

Information We Collect Automatically

Certain technical data is gathered automatically during your use of our Services. When you visit or interact with the Services, we may automatically collect device and usage data that doesn't directly reveal your identity but provides insights into how the Services are being used.

This includes:

  • Log & Usage Data: Diagnostic and activity data, such as IP address, browser settings, pages viewed, timestamps, system activity, and crash logs.
  • Device Information: Details about the device used to access the Services—model, operating system, application identifiers, hardware type, and configuration data.

This information helps us safeguard the platform, optimize performance, and understand usage patterns.

How We Use Your Information

We process your personal data to operate, enhance, and manage our Services; to communicate with you; to prevent security and fraud issues; to comply with legal obligations; and, where applicable, with your consent for other specific purposes.

The way we use your personal information depends on your interactions with our Services. Our reasons for processing include:

  • Creating and managing your account: Your information is used to set up your user account, allow you to log in, and maintain account functionality.
  • Providing user support and responding to requests: We process your data to assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure you receive help when needed.
  • Sending service-related messages: We may use your information to notify you of product updates, service announcements, changes to terms or policies, and other administrative communications.
  • Enabling communication between users: If you engage in features that support user-to-user messaging or interaction, your information may be used to facilitate those connections.
  • Protecting vital interests: In rare but critical circumstances, we may process personal data to safeguard someone's life, health, or safety—for example, to prevent harm.

Our Legal Bases for Processing Personal Data

We only process your personal data when there is a valid legal basis to do so under applicable laws. This includes instances where you have given consent, where processing is required to deliver our services or fulfill a contract, to meet legal obligations, protect your rights or safety, or support our legitimate business interests.

For Users in the European Union or the United Kingdom

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK specific GDPR, we are required to identify and disclose the legal grounds we rely on to lawfully process your personal data. These legal bases may include:

  • Your Consent: We may handle your personal data when you have explicitly permitted us to do so for a defined purpose. You may revoke your consent at any time.
  • Contractual Necessity: We may process your information when it is essential to fulfill a contract with you, or to take pre-contractual steps at your request. This includes providing you with access to our Services and other related functionality.
  • Compliance with Legal Requirements: We may process your data when required by applicable laws or regulatory obligations—for example, in response to lawful requests from authorities, to comply with legal proceedings, or to assert or defend our legal rights.
  • Vital Interests: If necessary, we may process your data to protect your life or that of another individual—particularly in emergency situations involving potential threats to health or safety.
  • Legitimate Interests: In some cases, we may process your information where it serves a legitimate business purpose—such as improving our Services, maintaining security, or communicating with users—provided these interests do not override your data protection rights.

When We Share Your Personal Data and With Whom

We may disclose your personal information under certain circumstances outlined below, and only with specific third parties as necessary.

We may share your data in the following scenarios:

  • Business Transactions: In the event of a proposed or actual business transaction—such as a merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, or any other transfer of business ownership—we may share or transfer your information to involved parties as part of the transaction process.
  • Commercial Collaborations: We may share your data with trusted business partners who help us offer specific services, promotions, or products that may be of interest to you.
  • Third-Party Offer Walls: Our website and application(s) may feature a third-party-operated "offer wall." These interfaces allow advertisers to present promotional offers where users may earn virtual items, bonuses, or rewards in exchange for completing specified actions. Offer walls may use targeting based on factors such as your location or profile data.
    • If you interact with an offer wall, you may be redirected to an external site that is not controlled by us. To facilitate proper tracking and reward allocation, we may share a unique identifier (such as your user ID) with the offer provider. This also helps prevent abuse or fraud within the offer system.

How We Handle Third-Party Links and Services

We are not responsible for how third parties—whether linked through our Services or displaying ads within them—handle your information. Your interactions with these entities are outside our control.

Our Services, including any integrated features like offer walls, may contain links to third-party websites, mobile apps, or online platforms. These may also include ads or other content from third parties who are not affiliated with us. Clicking on these links or engaging with their content may take you to external properties that operate independently from us.

We do not endorse, monitor, or guarantee the practices or content of any third-party services, and we disclaim responsibility for any resulting loss, damage, or misuse of your information. Once you leave our environment—whether by clicking a link or interacting with a third-party ad—the handling of your data is governed by the third party's own privacy and security policies.

We encourage you to review those policies carefully and reach out to the respective third-party entities directly with any questions or concerns about how they process your personal data.

Use of Social Media Logins

If you choose to sign up for or access our Services using your social media credentials, we may receive certain personal details from those platforms.

Our Services may allow you to register or log in using third-party accounts such as Google, Apple, or other supported social media providers. When you use this option, we may receive specific information from the respective platform. The exact data shared with us depends on the provider, but typically includes your name and email address.

We use this information strictly for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise explained during your use of the relevant Service. We do not control how your social media provider collects or uses your data, and we are not responsible for their data handling practices.

To understand how your information is handled by these third parties, we recommend reviewing the privacy policies of the platforms you use. You should also explore your privacy settings within those accounts to manage what information is shared with us.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to meet the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy—unless a longer retention period is legally required.

Your personal data will be stored only as long as it is needed to deliver our Services or fulfill the reasons stated in this policy. In some cases, we may be obligated to retain information for longer periods to comply with applicable laws, such as those relating to tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations.

Unless otherwise mandated by law, we will not retain your personal data beyond twenty-four (24) months following the closure or termination of your user account.

Once your data is no longer needed for any valid business or legal purpose, we will either permanently delete it, render it anonymous so it can no longer be associated with you, or, if immediate deletion is not feasible (e.g., data stored in system backups), we will securely isolate it and restrict access until removal becomes possible.

How We Protect Your Personal Information

We take the security of your personal data seriously and use a combination of technical and organizational safeguards to help protect it.

We have implemented reasonable and appropriate measures—both technical and administrative—to safeguard the personal information we process against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures are designed to align with industry standards and reduce the risk of data breaches.

However, it's important to understand that no method of transmitting data over the internet or storing information electronically is entirely secure. While we do our utmost to protect your data, we cannot guarantee that malicious actors such as hackers or cybercriminals won't find ways to circumvent our defenses and unlawfully access or misuse your information.

As such, any data you transmit to or from our Services is done at your own risk. We recommend that you only use our Services from trusted, secure networks and environments.

How You Can Review, Update, or Delete Your Personal Information

Depending on the laws applicable in your country or your U.S. state of residence, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we have collected about you, to receive details regarding how we have processed it, to correct any inaccuracies, or to request deletion of that information. You may also have the right to withdraw your consent to our processing activities, where consent is the legal basis for such processing.

Please note that these rights may be subject to certain limitations as provided by applicable law.

To exercise your rights and submit a request to review, modify, or delete your personal data, contact us contact@inkmobile.io.

Your Privacy Rights

Your rights regarding your personal data may vary based on your location. Residents of certain U.S. states, the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), and Switzerland are granted specific rights under applicable privacy laws. You may also manage or delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Rights for Individuals in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland

  • Access and receive a copy of your personal data
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Limit how your data is processed
  • Request data portability (if applicable)
  • Object to processing in certain situations
  • Not be subject to automated decision-making, where applicable

You can exercise any of these rights by contacting us at contact@inkmobile.io. We will respond in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

  • EU Data Protection Authorities
  • UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)
  • Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC)

Withdrawing Consent

If we rely on your consent—explicit or implied, depending on the applicable law—you may withdraw that consent at any time. You can do so by emailing us at contact@inkmobile.io.

Please note: withdrawing consent does not affect the legality of any processing done before withdrawal, and in some cases, we may still rely on other lawful grounds to continue processing your data.

Marketing Preferences

You may opt out of receiving marketing or promotional emails at any time by:

  • Clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email
  • Adjusting your preferences in the website or app's settings
  • Emailing us directly at contact@inkmobile.io

Even if you opt out of marketing messages, you may still receive essential communications, such as service-related notices, account updates, or responses to your support inquiries.

Managing Your Account Information

To review, update, or delete the information associated with your account, you may:

  • Log into your account and update your settings

If you request to close your account, we will deactivate or delete your user data from active records. However, we may retain some information where legally necessary—for instance, to comply with regulations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our terms.

If you have any questions or concerns about your privacy rights, feel free to email us at contact@inkmobile.io.

Your Privacy Preferences

Certain web browsers, mobile operating systems, and applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting that can be enabled to indicate a preference that personal data not be tracked during online browsing activities. At present, there is no standardized technology or uniform protocol governing the recognition and implementation of DNT signals. Accordingly, we do not currently respond to DNT signals or other similar mechanisms that automatically communicate your choice not to be tracked online.

However, we do respect and comply with privacy settings and permissions provided by mobile operating systems, including those made available by Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework and Google's data privacy controls on Android. Where applicable, we honor these platform-level preferences regarding tracking and data usage, as configured by the user through their device settings.

Should a standardized approach to recognizing DNT signals be formally adopted in the future, and we are required to adhere to such a standard, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly to reflect any changes in our practices.

Pursuant to California law, we are obligated to disclose our current approach to DNT signals. As no universally accepted standard currently exists, we do not respond to such signals at this time.

The availability and scope of these rights may vary depending on your state of residence and the specific legal framework in force.
